Stuck on your planche or front lever? Let's fix that.

You already train hard. What you don't know is whether you're training right: which progression to use, how much volume, and how to work on the planche and front lever at the same time. I find what's really holding you back and tell you exactly what to work on, so every session moves you closer to the skill.

The Game Changer System, explained

People working with me don't have to guess or wonder if they're working on the right things. I handle all the thinking: what to train, in what order, and what to fix next. They just need to execute. In this video I open my coaching app and show you exactly how that works.

After five months of coaching, he's making good progress on the planche for the first time in his life.

His planche max hold went from 6 to 16 seconds, and his front lever pull-ups from half a rep to 4.

Illay

His progress came faster than he expected, most of all on the front lever, and on the planche too.

Miran M.

He felt he hadn't made much progress for a year before he applied. He had trained his handstand for two years from park tips and videos, and it got fixed in a short time.

He's 33 and has been coached for about four and a half months. He's progressing faster than either of us expected.

He was already a pro when he started. His front lever and planche still got better, and he took 2nd place at FIBO.

If you're looking for a master at his craft that also knows how to share his knowledge, you've found the right person

I had been working out by myself for almost an year and was stuck with no progress for about 2-3 months. In just a bit over a month of training under Daniel's instructions I had already passed my PRs and had a clear way to continue progressing. I've kept training under him for over 6 months now and have had a very positive experience. He pays attention to all the tiny details in every skill and explains them in a clear manner. This is very helpful especially for a beginner like me to avoid learning bad habits and/or developing injuries later down the line. Additionally, even though the coaching is online, he still finds a way to hype you up and motivate you while giving tips on how to get better. Overall I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that wishes to progress at any level.

Hristov is definitely the right coach if you want to achieve your best level ever

In a little more than a month I recovered my personal best level and greatly surpassed it. Hristov coaching is simple yet very effective, he uses specific exercises for you according to your weaknesses and limiting factors allowing you to progress very fast. He puts a lot of attention to detail and will adapt accordingly to your needs, you can always be open with him about something in the training and he will adapt it or find a solution for it. He genuinely cares about your progress, is always positive and motivates you to be the best version of yourself. He reviews every workout and gives you advice for the next training so you can progress in every single training. In summary Hristov is everything you could ask for in a coach attention to detail, flexible, honest, positive and motivating

NEXT LEVEL PROGRESS!

Loving the feedback of each session and the attention to detail! I am a coach myself but wanted to experience this to get down to specific progress in my Planche and Front lever. The platform is so easy to use and Daniel makes it so interesting to guide you in the right direction, I KNOW this will be a longterm investment for me and would definitely recommend this to anyone who is even remotely considering doing this!

Daniel is the best coach ever

Daniel is the best coach I have ever had! He does a great job at explaining what I'm doing right, and what I'm doing wrong. His immense experience with the sport allows him to point out progress that I am unable to notice. He knows his stuff and helps motivate me to improve! With Daniel's help, I have made great gains towards planche, handstand push-ups, the dragon flag, and front lever. I know that I will reach all of my goals with Daniel as my coach!

Really great coaching

Really great coaching. Daniel knows exactly what your weak points are and will work on them with you step by step. In that was its really motivating. He also knows when you should take the rest instead of pushing more, which i think is very important and makes it easier to be happy with your effort.

My experience with Daniel has truly been above my expectations. With His constructive criticism and his guidance I was able to progress so much faster in my Calisthenics journey. Having a person who believes and understands you is harder than the exercises itself. 5/5

Feedback for my coach!

I’m so grateful that I can have someone like Daniel to be my coach Last month when I was training with him in person in Bulgaria, it was one of my best calisthenics experience ever. We train together, eat together, talk together and much more. We became friends and that is something that I value the most. Daniel always put 100% effort in my trainings and feedback and after 6 months we achieved something unbelievable. We won an absolute champion tittle at the World Championship in Bulgaria this year 2025. And our journey is only starting, thx coach

Super Awesome Coach

Daniel Hristov is an outstanding Coach. As a beginner in calisthenics, he helped me develop a strong foundation that I lacked prior to being coached by him. His feedback is always very detailed and super motivating! After less than 2 months of training, I was able to achieve a 20 second handstand with fantastic form - something I believed impossible prior to training with him. Being coached by a world-class athlete like Daniel is both inspiring and humbling, and he has exceeded way beyond my expectations.

Meet Daniel

I'm Daniel Hristov, a 4x calisthenics world champion from Bulgaria. I did gymnastics for six years as a kid, until a serious head injury ended it, and after that I barely trained for about five years. At 18 I saw people training on bars and started calisthenics. In 2021 I won the WSWCF World Championship, then SWUB in 2022 and again in 2023. Now I coach full time. Most guys come to me for the planche and the front lever, and so far I've done over 200 transformations.

It starts with a test week

Your first week in the app is a test. You show me what you can do, and I write your routines from what I see.

Feedback on your videos

You film your sets and send them in the app. I record myself going through the video and show you what to fix, like your body line or your shoulders. How often you get this depends on your plan.

Weak points first

I find what is really holding your planche or front lever back, and we fix it one piece at a time. Martin and Adán both mention this in their reviews.

If it's too hard, I change it

If a week was too hard, I make the next one easier. If you have an injury, tell me in your application and I'll tell you if I can work around it.
